Human Trafficking - Action for the Church
This informative session was created especially for pastors and church leaders. Join us! As the Body of Christ, we should be on the front lines to end the crimes of sex trafficking, especially of children and youth. We must be aware, help prevent, and intervene. Gain knowledge, resources, and opportunities to share with your congregations. Take action. Open doors for further prevention and awareness messages. Make a difference.

Anti-Human Trafficking - Action for the Church, the Body of Christ
Yes, this subject matter is difficult and makes some people uncomfortable. However, it is important to talk about what is happening in our community and across this nation. Lives are being destroyed by this curse of human trafficking and exploitation. We need to know the facts and understand what each of us can do to be informed and involved in protecting the lives of children, youth, and vulnerable adults.
You’re invited to this session to learn about current trends in sex trafficking and to gain resources that you can share with your congregations, families, and friends. We hope you’ll talk about it, opening doors for further prevention and awareness messages. We can help prevent these crimes.
On April 28 we’ll take a quick look at the following:
- Human Trafficking Defined
- Bust the Myths
- How traffickers work and who their targets are
- Action - how to help prevent, recognize, intervene, raise awareness
- The importance of talking to children and youth
- Ending Demand
- A Christian response
